'Sacred Gestures', new work by Tyrone Ferguson & Dede Brown
22 Oct 2025 – 21 Nov 2025
'Sacred Gestures' is an ongoing body of work by artists Danielle “Dede” Brown and Tyrone Ferguson, emerging through an intuitive dialogue between material, ritual, and form. Rather than a fixed or completed series, it unfolds as a continuum — a process of listening and responding to what the materials themselves wish to become.
Through copper, clay, and elemental transformation, the artists explore how gesture can hold memory, devotion, and renewal. Their collaboration blurs the boundary between making and meditating, between object and offering. Each work arises from shared acts of presence — the slow rhythm of breath, the resonance of metal and earth, the spiral as symbol of endless return.
'Sacred Gestures' invites viewers into that same rhythm: to witness form not as conclusion but as conversation, not as artifact but as living threshold — a place where matter and spirit keep unfolding.
