Time kneels here,
not to erode, but to bless.
Each flake of rust a verse
in the scripture of stillness.
Metal does not resist—
it receives the hush of years,
layering silence upon silence
until the surface sings.
I do not polish away the past.
I listen.
The earth speaks slowly,
and I shape its patience into form.
